Dear valued residents,

As this unprecedented storm continues to create wakes throughout our country and community, we want to take a moment to remind our valued residents how the Phases of the Governors Proclamations will affect our offices and staffing. On the back of this letter we have attached how we anticipate each of the Phases that Governor Inslee and the City of Spokane currently have in place and how this will affect our amenities and office ins & outs.

If you have any questions regarding the Phases and how they affect your community, please feel free to reach out to your community office via phone or email.
